Shell Creek Road

Shell Creek Road

Continuing with the series on a few of the botanical vistas I've seen this spring, these are Layia (tidy tips) and Lasthenia (gold fields) along Shell Creek Road on April 5, 2010.

Wonderful view. The photo brings it home to us. Thanks.

YIKES! that is gorgeous!!! thank you so much Daniel. I really appreciate your sharing these beautiful photos.

Wow - this takes me back...I was a City Planning student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in the 1970s. I've been up this road. On further up into the hills are rock outcrops along the road where I found a dawn redwood fossil.

The California spring wildflowers are wonderful.

Thanks so much!!

Wow! So pretty!

Wow... and wow again! Having an addiction to all things yellow, this is my ideal! I can just imagine laying in this field watching the clouds roll by! Pure heaven to me! Thank you Daniel.
